Facilities Manager / Co-ordinator based in Derby to start asap, £circa £36,000PA or hourly equiv - £26hr ltd. 6 month initial contract.
Working with one of the region’s largest employers who are now embarking on the busiest and most successful periods in their long history.
You will help deliver some of the most technically advanced vehicles of their type, all designed developed and manufactured in Derby.
As Facilities Manager / Co-ordinator you will work as part of a team to deliver effective and compliant projects. This is working on site with a large manufacturer based in Derby.
The manufacturing site comprising multiple buildings and operations that would need to maintain production and operation throughout.
Initially as part of an ongoing site re vamp you will need to draw together existing and outstanding programmes of work, most likely small and medium sized and then formulate a cohesive strategy to bundle and plan the work.
this will lead to sourcing appropriate suppliers through to managing a successful conclusion in line with companies procurement, health and safety and general operational needs.
The role will then develop as the needs of the business changes and could then incorporate any number of different projects.
Ideally you will have worked on facilities within a manufacturing / engineering or construction site be qualified in such as NEBOSH, IOSH or similar and have a good sense and appreciation of facilities management process and application.
