What you'll be doing...
Setting up and leading our in-house econometrics capability, working in partnership with key business stakeholders and with our external econometrics agency.
Hands-on role requiring the creation of new models as well as the application and development of existing models to understand business drivers and inform strategic decisions.
Global remit working with Marketing, Retail, Global Trading and Finance to influence decisions including marketing mix, price / promo, and to improve business forecasting.
Ensuring delivery is insight and narrative-led with a focus on actionable recommendations and outcomes.
Proactively identifying new opportunities to support business processes and decision-making.
Championing an understanding of econometrics throughout the business, all the way to exec.
This role will sit within the Marketing Insight & Analytics team, but will work across multiple business areas.
We'd love to meet someone with...
Experience using econometrics and Marketing Mix Modelling to generate insight and recommendations
MSc or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or similar quantitative subject
Ecommerce experience preferred
Experience analysing international territories preferred
Passion for data analysis and problem solving
Proactive and flexible approach
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely
Good project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise work load
