Head Chef for a conference style hotel located in Greater London
The hotel has 170 bedrooms, 30 cover restaurant, conference and banqueting facilities, team of 4 plus KP's in the kitchen.
You will be working from a simple menu doing grill and room service.
As Head Chef, you will be ensuring that standards are maintained and achieved as good kitchen management and food hygiene control are essential.
You will be responsible for the daily operation in the kitchen and the preparation and cooking of all dishes.
It is crucial that you are responsible, dedicated and a strong leader with the ability to manage a brigade 4 chefs.

Responsible for stock and cost control, along with achieving GP and budgets.
