Advising the promoter of a development comprising 458 homes with associated public open space, infrastructure and sports facilities in south Oxfordshire including a complex s106 which ensured that a developer provided a footbridge over the A34, a new bowls green, a playing field, public art, and a contribution towards football, cricket and rugby pitches and clubhouses, a sports hall, a community hall, and a swimming pool.

Advising a caravan park operator in relation to its proposed expansion of a caravan park in Derbyshire. This has so far involved :
A plea in mitigation resulted in a fine of only £3,500. (The maximum penalty is an unlimited fine.)
Dartmouth Park Estates Development of 300+ houses as part of the South Maldon Garden Suburb :
representations on other, rival developments and the law and tactics generally.
Office Estates Ltd Development of 162 flats in four towers at Nine Elms, Battersea :
Advising on the development of 162 new flats, office space, new public houses, gym and community / cultural space within the Nine Elms Opportunity Area in Central London including reviewing the planning application and accompanying EIA and negotiating a complex s106 agreement against a backdrop of the GLA housing policy changing as we negotiated.
Confidential Retail Client Development of Restaurant in West London including Judicial Review of Appeal Decision :
successful judicial review of the appeal decision and negotiating and completing complex s106 planning and s278 highways agreements.
Lafarge Tarmac Development of Land in Kent for proposed Paramount Theme Park :
Advising on the disposal subject to planning of a large area of land in North Kent for a proposed theme park complicated by the fact that much of the land is contaminated having been used in the minerals industry for many years as well as the complex planning constraints of the area.
Confidential Retail Client Advising on breaches of advertisement consent and listed building control :
Advising a household name retailer on breaches of advertisement and listed building control at its flagship West End store successfully persuading the local authority not to pursue prosecutions.
