As the SalesAdvisor youwill offerconsistently outstanding service to every customer. You will professionally help customers by establishing customerneeds, offering appropriate advice on a range of product choices, completingthe sale professionally and accurately, and reviewing the sales process.
The Sales Advisor is to meet, or exceed individualsales targets to maximize store sales
Responsibilities of the SalesAdvisor include :
Undertake the 5.5 point sales process,consistently and effectively.
Utilise specialist product knowledgeappropriately to maximise sales.
Work towards individual sales targets, withthe aim of reaching store sales targets, and thereby increasing storeconversion rate, average transaction value and items per customer.
Maintain the availability of merchandiseeffectively and creatively through re-stocking and replenishment.
Process sales, refunds and stock checksusing the computerised till system.
Meet stock transfer requests accurately,efficiently and promptly.
Help to ensure that the store environment,stock rooms and team rooms are clean and that Health and Safety standards aremet.
Receive deliveries of stock and ensure thatthey items are prepared appropriately for the shop-floor e.g. hanging andtagging, correct labelling etc.
Participate in monthly brand incentives.
Attend and positively contribute in teammeetings.
Communicate effectively and positively withother team members.
Ensure that store housekeeping is of a highstandard at the start and throughout the day
Assist with visual merchandising.
Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures atall times.
Perform regular stock replenishmentduties.
Answer customer enquiries viatelephone and in store.
Partaking in regular training on allbrand within the store.
Engaging actively in ongoingperformance review process.
Perform any other duties reasonablyrequired by the Store Management team to help fulfil the day-to-dayrequirements of running the store, and to achieve store sales targets.
To become our Sales Advisor you must have thefollowing skills and experience :
Understanding of the importance ofexcellence in the provision of customer service
Demonstrable interest in the Billabongbrand
Previous experience of working in acustomer-facing / service sector environment
Ability to take responsibility forown performance
Basic IT literacy
Proven experience of workingeffectively as part of a team
Evidence of having used initiativeto benefit others
Good written and verbalcommunication skills
Willingness to learn and takeownership for own development
Fluent inGerman & English, both verbal and written is essential.
Be flexible with working hours weekendsand week days, late nights where permitted.
