I am currently seeking an MS Dynamics NAV Support Specialist for a job opportunity with my client in Central London.
My client is a market leading online retailer within the fashion / beauty sector. The purpose of this role is to provide support to users of the client’s MS Dynamics NAV System.
Through engaging with business owners, users and developers; you will be the go-to person for all MS Dynamics NAV support queries.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1st & 2ndline support to MS Dynamics NAV users within the business
Day-to-day coordination of the NAV Support board from ticket receipt to resolution
Responsible for troubleshooting support tickets and escalating them where appropriate
Track progress of all open tickets in Zendesk through to closure, ensuring all stakeholders receive feedback accordingly
Conduct Zendesk task housekeeping
Carry out internal testing prior to new releases (once a week)
Ensure all NAV development is completed and signed off in line with the control process
ERP release coordination and business communication in collaboration with ERP Developers and Line Manager
Conduct regular system spot checks and oversight of MS Dynamics NAV, monitoring feeds and errors for performance issues
Liaise with 3rd party suppliers providing support (TNP) and coordinate license requirements
Provide MS Dynamics NAV inductions to new starters and ongoing bespoke training
Key Skills / Requirments
Experience of working with MS Dynamics NAV and core module
Experienced in providing 1st and 2nd Line Support
Track record of maintaining and supporting ERP systems
Understanding of Jet Reports
