As part of the IT Business Support Team you will be responsible for providing high quality support for IT across the University, which includes offering a welcoming and helpful reception for a range of internal colleagues and external visitors.
You will be working as part of a small administrative support team, providing a high level of administrative support to the IT Executive Leadership Team and the wider department as required.
You will be a competent administrator with experience in delivery of a responsive and customer-focussed service. You must have experience of working in a busy office environment and demonstrate excellent IT skills, being proficient in the use of a range of Microsoft Office applications.
You will also have some experience of diary management and minute taking.
You will be able to demonstrate effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills; be committed to providing a high-
quality service to the customer and be able to work discretely with confidential information. The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships is essential.
