Role : Splunk is seeking an analytical and strategic operations Analyst to join the Global Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations Team.

This individual will be a key business partner and trusted adviser to our EMEA Commercial Sales Area Vice President (AVP).

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :

  • Be the lead business partner for our EMEA Commercial Sales team
  • Lead all EMEA Commercial Fiscal Year Sales Planning process
  • Establish and Maintain Quarterly Performance against Targets
  • Establish and maintain metrics and scorecards
  • Lead cross-functional interlock with all other GTM functions
  • Be the voice of the Sales Strategy and Operations team to our broader GTM and company leadership team
  • The ideal candidate will be data driven, system savvy, intellectually curious, a fast learner, detail oriented and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision.

    Equally important, this individual will also be able to communicate effectively with sales leadership and senior executives across multiple departments.

    Responsibilities :

    Planning Work with global leadership teams as well as cross functional leaders (Sales, Sales Engineering, HR, Finance, Product, Marketing, others)

    Execution - continuously engaged with other cross-functional teams to ensure maximum engagement efficiency across the various GTM teams.

    Reporting & Analytics Maintain cross-functional KPI metrics, prepare leadership teams for business reviews to increase efficiencies across the entire GTM sales operations group.

    Ensure key dashboards and reports are accurate and relevant. Leverage existing and / or new applications to improve delivery technology.

    Collaborate with senior management to refine KPIs and interpret results into actionable recommendations. Identify trends to improve business results including lead conversion, lead management and pipeline and bookings reporting.

    Requirements :

  • Graduate with 2+ years of experience as an Analyst
  • Experience working for A Technology company ideally enterprise software companies
  • Able to see the big-picture while also being hands-on and in the details.
  • Always focused on doing what’s right for the business. High energy and contagious enthusiasm. Willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to support growth of the business.
  • Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to speak in front of senior audiences as well as write clearly, concisely, and compellingly
  • Gathers and uses data strategically to create improvements and persuade others
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any subject ideally analytical field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
