With the guidance from the senior management team be responsible for coordinating, planning
and participating in all restaurant activities to ensure a highly efficient and professional service
delivery to Belmond Cadogan Standards. To ensure the highest level of service to all guests in the
restaurant and assist support in the implementation of high standards.
To ensure that our restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos.
To be able to coordinate a variety of activities and are responsible for the business performance, quality
standards and health and safety of the restaurant. To ensure in an organised and planned format
effective management of the departments and direction of the team in an efficient and respectful
manner, whilst maintaining budget goals and agreed departmental standards. Supervise and
develop the front of house service teams and stewarding in all areas and consistently provide and
develop efficient, enthusiastic and exceptional service.
Possess excellent product knowledge and keep updated with the competitive market
Be passionate and committed, a team player, vibrant, energetic and fun, highly motivated and able to motivate.
Possess excellent supervisory skills and able to manage relations and situations with team members and restaurant guests
Be well groomed and appropriate in appearance according to Belmond Cadogan code of conduct and able to reflect Belmond Cadogan market position and brand image
