Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Location : Hammersmith

This is a key new role within Europe, with responsible for developing and executing the digital and marketing activity, in order to drive revenue and business growth.

Reporting to European Marketing Director.

The individual should be a B2B marketing generalist with a strong track record of lead generation and will have responsibility for developing marketing channels and executing market leading campaigns.

They should be equally comfortable with delivering through agencies and independently.

Responsibilities include working with marketing automation and CRM systems to manage lead input, track campaign results, analyze data, and improve processes.

A deep understanding of best practices in the capture, tracking, qualifying, segmenting and reporting on leads is essential.

The ideal candidate must be self-directed, a tenacious problem-solver that collaborates well with colleagues, take initiative, and manages numerous projects simultaneously.

We are looking for someone with critical thinking skills that can dive into the details to get things done with a “can do†attitude.

Expertise in Hubspot is a requirement; knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

Essential

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, including digital marketing and lead generation (ideally within Telecom / M2M or IT markets
  • Generate, nurture, qualify and track leads through online campaigns including content marketing, SEO / SEM, webinars, advertising and content syndication
  • Manage lead nurturing program using Hubspot
  • Manage direct email marketing campaigns for multiple verticals and buyers in different stages of the funnel but generally very large companies
  • Establish benchmarks for campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness continually
  • Coordinate with Direct Sales to integrate direct marketing programs with sales calling efforts
  • Test landing pages and emails to improve conversion rates
  • Create new campaigns and optimize existing campaigns based on campaign results and effectiveness
  • Manage marketing automation system (currently HubSpot) and utilize NetSuite CRM to track leads in the pipeline
  • Successful track record of delivering strong ROI on B2B marketing initiatives (with focus on lead generation).
  • Strong track record of using marketing automation and working with sales teams to optimize effectiveness and track ROI on marketing.
  • Strong editorial mindset and track record of effective content marketing. The ability to write quality content and communicate effectively essential.
  • High level of competency and experience in increasing marketing effectiveness through digital channels (PPC, SEO, email, website, social and marketing automation).
  • Understanding of customer data protection including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
  • A highly motivated, self-starter, results oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • High output and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self aware and focused on self development, including the latest opportunities and developments in B2B marketing.
  • Relentless focus on execution and delivery.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for Europe
  • Qualifications

    BA / BSc in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience.

    The Successful Candidate will have :

  • Metric-driven professional that can also write and optimize copy and design
  • Experience with B2B messaging for large, complex sales
  • Experience with creating and marketing to Buyer Personas
  • Experience with lead nurturing and managing a lead nurturing program
  • Proven experience in monitoring and analyzing data to evaluate program effectiveness using a CRM and other reporting tools
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on, demonstrable experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently, manage your priorities, and maintain communication with stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic, performance-driven environment
  • Great Pluses :

  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Experience in a SaaS-based software industry is preferred
  • HubSpot Certified is a plus
  • Good technical background and knowledge of the M2M-IOT ecosystem.
  • Experience of work in Pan-European marketing teams.
