The Role : Finance Analyst
We are looking for individuals who wish to develop their career in financial management by working for one of the largest teaching hospital trusts in the country.

We are looking for a Finance Analyst is to work with CSU Accountants & support team with information, data analysis and process improvements to help them to support our Clinical Service Units to deliver their financial responsibilities and achieve sustainable financial improvement.
The purpose of the role is to support the team in the delivery of a financial management service to business units as directed by the Finance Business Partner by :
Providing information to assist in the identification of clinical variation, waste and potential efficiencies across a range of services.
Supporting finance and non-finance colleagues to understand and resolve any issues or variation identified.
Producing and distributing regular reports and information in an appropriate format to support the team in the provision of a financial management service to business units.
Acting as a designated finance contact for colleagues in respect of day to day queries associated with patient level costing and benchmarking queries, ensuring that internal and external records are reconciled and that any issues are addressed and resolved.
Support the wider team with financial management tasks, supporting our key CSUs.
