Job Purpose :
Effectively manage the strategic customer relationships on a day to day basis and acts as the senior escalation point for service related issues, ensuring Tech Data fully meets the required Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
Within this role you will be responsible for :
Managing and maintaining working relationships both internally and externally
Monitoring all processes between customers and Tech Data to ensure they remain in line with any SLA, striving for continual improvement at all times.
Driving effective communication between customers and Tech Data internal departments on any process or system change as and when required.
Ensuring SLA reports are gathered, analyzed and delivered to customers
Escalating service level issues to internal stakeholders
Facilitating operational reviews (monthly calls & quarterly face to face)
Supporting all internal data systems in order to maintain data integrity, and improve processes and service levels with customers.
Ensuring that the defined operational processes are adhered to by the operations team

Proactive account management skills - relationship building both internally and externally
Strong influencing skills
Previous service delivery management experience would be desirable
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Understands Sales and Operations Processes
Experience of working with a CRM system
Process driven & result orientated
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience of working with SAP would be desirable
