Our Parts Advisors are key to the success of the aftersales team as they ensure all parts and accessories are stocked to sufficient levels for the dealership.
Attention to detail and decision making is key to this role. You will maintain and monitor agreed stock levels throughout the day to ensure the successful running of the parts department.
You will report all stock losses or damages to your manager and assist with any stock checks when required. Parts Advisors work Mon-Fri plus weekends on a rota and are rewarded with a competitive salary.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Good communication skills are required for this position as you need to maintain excellent relationships with both colleagues and suppliers.
You will work together with colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales and be committed to achieving excellent customer relations so that the customer’s expectations are met if not exceeded.
