We are currently seeking a full time Student Information Desk Advisor on a permanent contract to join our team on our Exeter Campuses.
The Education and Student Support Directorate provides all of the key administration and education support activities that underpin the student experience from Fresher's week to Graduation.
These roles are within the Student Information Desk team which provides the front line support to students and staff on a wide range of subjects including IT, Student Records, Accommodation and AccessAbility.
About the role
The post offers an exciting opportunity for highly-motivated individuals with a keen interest in providing excellent customer service to students and staff in all matters relating to non-
academic support at all levels. We are looking for individuals who can work towards continuously improving the student and academic experience across the student life cycle.
You will be expected to provide front line support and act as a first / named point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
You will work effectively and flexibly within a wider administrative team in a busy environment to deliver an excellent, customer focussed and seamless service.
You will be part of a high profile service that is critical to the delivery of the best student and staff experience by one of the UK's most ambitious universities.
The role requires a flexible individual with strong communication skills, administrative experience in Higher Education, such as SITS or BART, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse work load.
