We are currently recruiting for a new Head of Brand & Acquisition Marketing to join our forward-thinking, passionate and exciting Adventure Division of Travelopia.

What you’ll be doing :
You’ll lead the UK Acquisition Team (3 team members) & Global Creative Team (5 team members) to deliver outstanding marketing activity and creative content across our brands & channels.
Acting as brand guardian, you’ll define our propositions, and ensure they are understood and integrated into all activity, and as well as telling brilliant stories, creating brand love and acquiring new customers to the Exodus Travels & Headwater Holidays brands.
You’ll take personal responsibility for :
Defining clear insight-led Global brand propositions & frameworks, that are positioned effectively in the market. As the Brand Guardian, you’ll also proactively and reactively take responsibility for building brand reputation.
Crafting a market-winning acquisition strategy, which will include brilliant acquisition campaigns that grab attention, as well as data-driven digital tactics that generate new contacts, leads and bookings
Creating dazzling campaign creative that captures the imagination of customers and prospects and leaves a lasting impression, as well as working hard against campaign objectives.
Building and executing the marketing strategy, ensuring that all marketing communications reflect the brand essence and that the key messages are appropriately applied within the defined brand guidelines and delivered at every possible touch point.
Owning the business-wide marketing calendar for all brands, gaining sign off with the board and effectively networking with all departments.
Managing the marketing budget & marketing performance results to maximise return on investment, flexing where opportunities rise.
Constantly reviewing customer & competitor insight, to ensure we are always close to the customers’ sentiment, needs and wants.
Providing inspirational leadership to your teams, leading with energy & passion for our incredible brands and for Adventure travel, with clear objectives, direction and regular feedback.
Leadership of the UK Acquisition team (Social Media Manager, Acquisition Marketing Manager & Acquisition Marketing Assistant) : Supprting your team to deliver creative, innovative, and high-performance campaigns from strategy to execution and measurement, across channels including Social, Video on Demand, Public Relations, Events, User-Generated Content / Influencer & Partnerships
Leadership of the Global Creative & Content team of 5 (Graphic Designer, Copywriter, Creative Executive, Videographer, Publications Manager).
Supprt the team to generate brilliant creative ideas and deliver exceptional creative for the marketing department, with versions covering website, marketing channels & trade for all brands in all territories, with support from external agencies who deliver brochure and broadcast creative.
Take respnsibility for the quality of creative work across all channels, including brochure design, production & delivery.
Own the Brand handbok (including purpose, tone-of-voice, look-and-feel, master assets, trademarks, business awards) and maximise the brands iconic and unique images & video, via fully rights managed digital asset management system, with full rights management.
Ensure wider business is supprted with consistent branded documentation, customer communications, and stationery.
What we're looking for :
10 years+ experience building successful marketing strategies and delivering plans across acquisition channels.
10 years+ experience managing effective brand campaigns.
Excellent copywriting skills for online and offline channels, with flair, impeccable grammar, and accuracy.
Experienced people manager, with ability to build performance, set objectives, feedback clearly & constructively, develop individuals and give teams direction.
Demonstrable skills in reviewing and responding to performance results and customer insight, and always looking at payback and to optimise budget allocation and forecast future payback.
A digital expert, especially in social and display, excited about constantly testing new formats and learning from results.
Inspire radical ideas & a positive, creative, inclusive & innovative environment that always considers things from the customer’s perspective.
Must be skilled at storytelling, and understand how to bring a brand’s proposition to life in an engaging way.

Natural appetite for working at pace, and able to work on several projects simultaneously.
