In this key worker role you don’t necessarily need experience as we provide full training.
We currently have opportunities to join our service in Chipping Campden on night contracts (3 to 4 nights per week)
About the role
The roles involve supporting individuals who share a lovely home. Mature in years and young in outlook, disabilities affect them in different ways and some have complex needs.
You’ll support them to access community activities; from socialising to swimming and hydrotherapy sessions.
You’ll support the individuals in all aspects of daily living; from cooking to managing finances. Supporting people with their personal care and medication needs is also key.

If you’re new to social care, we will support you gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate. If you have experience as a care assistant or care worker in a care home, you’ll discover we provide plenty of on-going training, support to achieve relevant qualifications and career progression.

You’ll need good communication skills and a positive, patient approach. Respectful of people’s differences, you can build professional relationships and have a flexible approach.
You can work 24 / 7 shifts including weekends and evenings / nights.
