A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading Real Estate Department who has an excellent reputation nationally.

It is expected that any applicant will be able to demonstrate upwards of 5 years PQE in dealing with a broad range of commercial matters including acquisitions and disposals of property and land, property finance, landlord and tenant and development matters.

  • Strong credentials in any of the following areas would be advantageous : public sector; developers; major occupiers; real estate finance, education;
  • social housing; restructuring; and construction, energy and projects.Joining the team as a senior member of staff you will also be encouraged to get actively involved in business development and will play a leading role in the continued development of the team in terms of maintaining and developing relationships with clients.
