Who we’re looking for
For this kind of role, you need some retail or hospitality experience and to understand how to manage and motivate a team.
Ideally, you’ve worked in a business that’s just as fast-moving as ours and thrive in a busy environment! You’ll also need to have strong Food Safety Regulations knowledge or experience, and preferably worked in a HACCP regulated environment.
With this background, you’ll know how to give great customer service, and your enthusiasm will inspire your team. You’ll take pride in sharing your knowledge and seeing staff excel.
