My client, a world leading apartment / aparthotel provider, is looking for a Sales & Marketing specialist for their LOndon offices.
The Sales & Marketing Specialist will assist the sales and marketing teams with various tasks such as tradeshow coordination and execution, print and digital collateral development, marketing asset management, presentation development, email blasts, website content, marketing campaigns, sales programs and marketing agency special project coordination.
The Sales & Marketing Specialists will be able to multitask, have strong communication skills and business knowledge. The ability to deliver marketing information in a timely manner on behalf of the sales and marketing departments is critical.
The position demands a highly adaptable person who thrives in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment.
Responsibilities include :
Coordinating all the local related marketing activities and participating in global projects in collaboration with the global marketing team
Assist in coordinating email marketing campaigns to support sales, events, and PR efforts
Help develop marketing tickets for sales and account management teams
Develop marketing material from concept to creation
Assists with marketing material design, production and distribution
Manage content distribution to internal audiences, including Airwatch and Dropbox
Coordinate all tradeshows : develop themes and schedules, event logistics, sponsorship materials and sales print collateral and digital media
Help coordinate sales events within markets or other special client events
Provide internal-customer support for marketing communications related products and services. Provide training / coaching to a variety of internal stakeholders
Competitive analysis and reporting
Maintain marketing asset library and distribute assets as needed to various agencies
Creation of sales and marketing reports that track and measure the success of campaigns and key performance indicators across all channels
Ensures brand integrity of communications and marketing materials
Research new marketing tools and programs to create efficiency and expand department capabilities
Serves as internal-customer support for marketing communications related products and services and provides training / coaching to multiple departments / markets on a regular
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Assist sales teams with client presentations
Ensuring global sales and marketing is integrated with like sales tools
