Role Purpose

Working as part of a wider Talent Acquisition and HR team the role will be reporting into the EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner.

The purpose of this role is to support the attraction and recruitment of top talent to JLL’s Corporate Solutions business line.

This position will require someone who can manage a high number of requisitions and juggle multiple priorities during a business undergoing a large period of digital transformation.

You will never be short of things to do and will have the ability to help shape the future talent acquisition strategy for a truly global business.

What this job involves

  • Driving the full recruitment process for key positions; sourcing direct hires and achieving cost savings.
  • Working closely with the relevant HRBP / hiring manager to ensure that current, relevant and meaningful resource plans exist and therefore that all recruitment activity is largely anticipated, planned, coordinated, and undertaken against budget and within agreed timetable.
  • Coordinate and manage current ongoing recruitment within the specific business areas.
  • To maintain records for current and future resourcing needs by reviewing with HRBP and Business leads on a regular basis.
  • When time allows develop tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating talent pools to meet the business needs (including but not limited to social media, referrals, alumni, specialist conferences / events, career site, job boards and third-party support).
  • To develop regular reporting to key stakeholders of agreed Talent Acquisition Metrics and identify any action / interventions for areas of concern.
  • To develop and coach Line Managers to improve their and skills in respect of resourcing and interviewing.
  • To advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, developing and creating processes in conjunction with the rest of the team.
  • To advise hiring managers on recruitment market conditions for specific functional area and advise on the most appropriate hiring channels.
  • To constantly look for ways to improve the candidate experience and the recruitment process
  • To ensure that candidate / employee data held on any ATS / HRIS is accurate and up to date and accurately reflect activity for a candidate or role.
  • To work towards agreed metrics in order to deliver a cost effective recruitment service to the business.
  • To demonstrate resourcing expertise throughout the business and within the HR team and be seen as a technical expert in Talent Acquisition.
  • To follow the agreed approvals process for talent acquisition to ensure consistency of service and maintain high quality outcomes from request to offer.
  • Identify and manage external suppliers.

  • Experience sourcing direct hires and driving cost savings in a fast paced in-house recruitment role.
  • A strong network within the corporate real estate or facilities management sector would be advantageous.
  • Communication - good interpersonal skills and able to engage and influence people at all levels and across different functions quickly and credibly using excellent and adaptive communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to establish quick rapport with candidates, managers and team members which lead to sustaining productive relationships.
  • Sound sourcing capabilities developed either in-house or as an agency recruiter.
  • Previous experience of recruiting either real estate or facilities management industries.
  • Role model demonstrates the behaviours of the organisation (Teamwork, Ethics & Excellence).
  • Courage to challenge positively questions the status quo with a resilient and flexible approach.
  • Curious seeks to improve current ways of working and processes.
  • Skilled influencer manages and resolves conflict and able to lead and influence discussions at a senior level of management.
