Job details

This 15 bedroom hotel has a 50 seat restaurant, working in a kitchen brigade of 3, using all fresh produce.

You will be working 40- 50 hours per week, split shifts, 5 days over 7.

  • Be trained to lead and organise sections throughout the kitchen.
  • Learn good kitchen management and cost control in the kitchen.
  • Assist in daily food prep and service.
  • Working closely with and training Commis Chef if the kitchen.
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within the team.
  • Helping the Sous and Head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
  • To adhere to strict hygiene throughout the kitchen.
  • To have your own whites and knives
