Due to our continued growth and success we have a vacancy for a Transport Customer Services Administrator based in Kettering.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and hands on individual who is able to work on their own initiative alongside being part of a bigger team.

Hours : 14.00 22.00hrs (backshift) ; Monday Friday

The main responsibilities of the Transport Customer Services Administrator (Amazon) include :

  • Liaising between internal and external customers in order to provide a first class service.
  • Resolving delivery problems and providing ETA’s
  • Updating the Transport Management System.
  • Processing customer orders efficiently and accuracy.
  • Booking in and tracking of deliveries.
  • Negotiating with both client and end user.
  • Production of KPI’s and other relevant reports
  • Providing customer reports.
  • The essential qualities of the Transport Customer Service Administrator (Amazon) include :

  • Experience of working in customer facing transport operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Numerate.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Strong ITC skills.
