Key Responsibilities :

This role serve’s as a direct link between Client Services, the clientsthemselves & the digital marketing teams. Specifically including :

Support theclient service team on a number of clients as well as fully owning therelationship for specific clients.

Lead thedigital strategy for clients with the support of the internal digital marketingteams.

Identify& execute commercial opportunities across all clients, ensuring we deliversubstantial ROI on digital channels.

Support theSenior Digital Strategist by helping understand the needs & difficultiesfacing our clients, attending marketing meetings & cementing our authorityin the digital space.

Deliver asophisticated, nuanced response wherever the delivery & reporting of digitalmarketing is concerned.

Createproposals, including recommendations on budget weighting, target audiences,differentiated creative & KPIs.

Deliverregular reports & analysis to clients & internal stakeholders, showingcampaign results & highlighting key trends.

Liaise withmedia owners (e.g. Facebook & Google) to trouble-shoot issues & accessnew features.

Coordinatewith creative agencies to acquire digital assets & deliver recommendationswhere appropriate.

Considerinnovative ways to boost campaign performance & stay up to date with thelatest digital technology & trends.

Support onnew business pitches where required, specifically on the digital strategy andmedia planning.

Support themarketing efforts of Space & Time, contributing to case studies, blogs andaward entries etc.

Subject matter expertise

Keep up to date with industrydevelopments across all digital

Understand and effectively conveydigital knowledge, tools and techniques to other members of staff.

Conduct and deliver high standardtraining, as required.

Management of External / Internal Relationships

Maintain existing and build newrelationships with key contacts at media partners and client businesses.

Maintain and build relationships withthe other internal teams (client services, insights, finance etc.)

Work closely with the key digitalmarketing teams (PPC, Social, programmatic, SEO)

Key Skills

At least 2 years experience workingwithin an integrated digital media role. Agency experience is preferable; however, we will consider candidatesfrom client side with experience working within various biddable mediachannels.

Have demonstrable experience ofplanning & activating paid campaigns across digital media channels,specifically including paid social, search & programmatic.

An aptitude for communicating,negotiating & presenting to c-level decision makers.

A commercially focused, analytical,can-do approach.

A strong passion for all forms ofdigital advertising.

A sound understanding of bidmanagement & analytical tools.

Advanced working knowledge of Excel& PowerPoint.

An excellent attitude & abilityto perform under pressure, mixed with a friendly & positive outlook.

Be a comfortable & competentcommunicator, able to build strong relationships within the agency &externally with our clients & media partners.

Relishes the prospect of workingacross multiple accounts & platforms within a fast-paced agency environment.
