    Boyer is looking for a with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join their Development Economics team.

    Location : London, Permanent, Full time

    You will be RICS Accredited and have experience of using Argus Developer when completing viability appraisals, both as part of submitting planning applications but also in terms of giving clients commercial advice to help them realise their development aspirations.

    You will be a self-starter that likes working within a non-hierarchical team whereby you are given the support to build your experience and progress your career.

    In this regard you will be exposed to all elements of completing viability appraisals and assessments including :

    Development appraisal and land use assessments

    Consideration of development options and strategy

    Determining land value

    Valuing residential and commercial floor space including mixed use schemes

    Advising on affordable housing, affordable workspace and S106 viability issues

    Prepare formal reports outlining the evidence underpinning viability assessments

    Liaising with the Local Planning Authority and their appointed viability consultants

    The Development Economics team within Boyer cover development viability alongside socio economic impact; commercial assessment and wider evidence based and policy formulation work.

    This role will help us grow this important service further.
