We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity that now exists for a Business Manager to join our successful sales team at Sytner BMW High Wycombe.
Our expectation of a Business Manager is to focus primarily on maximising both unit and F&I performance with additional responsibilities including coaching and developing sales executive abilities and providing coverage for Sales Manager duties.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who will be able to lead their team to exceed customer expectations.
You will be instrumental in maximising vehicle sales performance for this iconic brand, whilst ensuring positive customer experience remains at the heart of everything you do.
You will also lead the team to deliver one of the best customer retention results in the UK.
You should already demonstrate outstanding work ethic and be regularly exceeding your objectives within an automotive sales environment.
