A fantastic new role of Marketing & Communications Manager has been created to support our expanding Rapid Diagnostics business.

Supporting Eastern Europe, Turkey, Russia and CIS (EETCRIS), you will be the key point of contact for marketing projects from start to finish, including content development, project management and global distribution of materials.

This role is crucial to the success of the Business Unit's marketing objectives by creating and implementing a broad range of marketing communications activities through autonomous and collaborative project management.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Developing and delivering marketing campaigns and activities in partnership with ARDx lntegrated Marketing Team, Global Product Managers, Regional Marketing, sales teams and additional internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development and execution of the annual marketing and product launch plans, marcomm development, rebranding and training
  • Monitoring progress, assuring adherence and evaluating the performance of brand and marketing tactics to ensure objectives are met
  • Delivering reports / presentations
  • Project managing the execution of campaigns and revising marketing and sales materials as required
  • Supporting finance process by managing and tracking submissions of POs, invoices and other divisional marketing expenses
  • Leading end to end process including development, coordination and delivery of tactical marketing materials and content, such as brochures, digital content, training materials, promotions, events etc.
  • Maintaining a periodic review of active portfolio of regional marketing materials including managing revisions, developing new content
  • Requirements :

  • Preferably degree educated
  • Preferably CIM qualified
  • Experience in a similar marketing or marketing communications role
  • Experience in medical device / diagnostics / healthcare industry ideal
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, marketing automation software beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and influence, highly collaborative
  • Fantastic communication and presentation skills
  • Creative, strategic thinker, detail-oriented
  • Results-driven, with prior success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working internationally / across other geographies / culture is a plus
