Graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants in Wembley

An exciting opportunity in Wembley to become a learning support assistant with lots of benefits. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic graduates to support learning in and out of the classroom during Literacy, Numeracy and other lessons.

There is a requirement for support during lunchtimes and may get the opportunity to get involved with extra-curricular activities! Joining a friendly and supportive team of staff who commit to achieving high standards for all pupils

The qualities we are looking for :

  • Keen ambition and drive
  • Great communicator
  • Passion for teaching
  • Previous experience with children would be an asset but not essential
  • A level 3 Diploma in teaching and supporting learning in schools would also be an asset but not essential
  • Successful candidates will be required to have the following :

  • Excellent model or written and spoken English
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Understanding of how children learn
  • Good ICT skills
  • A keep interest in personal and professional development
