The role

will suit a self-motivated chef who is keen to learn and progress within a dynamic kitchen brigade. They will take pride in everything they produce and be passionate about creating great food from the best ingredients.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who has :

  • Experience working in a similar role within a high volume and fast paced restaurant
  • A passion for creating high standard dishes with a desire to learn and develop skills
  • An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • A qualification in cuisine would be beneficial but not essential
  • Key Attributes;
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience of working in a high volume, high standard kitchen
  • Passion for food
  • Good standard of hygiene and cleanliness
