We have an exciting opportunity to join a well established firm based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to provide efficient and effective communication and Customer Service skills to a busy Import Department.

The Job. Providing exceptional customer service via email and telephone. Update customers with delivery requests. Monitoring a busy delivery inbox following up and resolving any issues.

Liaising with port operations for pin requests. Updating all documentation on to CRM system. Raising invoices. Producing daily reports for Senior Management.

Reviewing processes and procedures suggesting improvements. Ensuring charges and invoices are raised ahead of deadlines.

Handling customer complaints professionally updating Senior Management. Gaining thorough knowledge of services provided and maritime regulations.

Liaising with the Sales and Accounts team monitoring all invoices and charges. Any outstanding queries to be completed daily within set KPIs.

Ensuring all essential criteria is in place before completion of delivery requests. Experience needed. Highly professional telephone manner.

Experience within the Logistics industry is desirable but not essential. Exceptional communication skills. Good attention to detail.
