About the Role
The Operations Transformation and Sustainability (OT&S) team helps clients digitise and transform operations across the value chain, to leave them with sustainable, fit for the future operating models.
To achieve this, we work with organisations to identify and realise opportunities to embrace new technologies, enhance processes and improve ways of working across operational teams.
We work across a range of industries, including Financial Services, Energy and Utilities, Retail and Public Sector, supporting them to deliver their economic and environmental goals.
As a Process Excellence Consultant within OT&S you’ll support our clients to deliver simplified processes that improve the user experience and enhance efficiency.
You’ll do this through applying process improvement methodologies, advising on automation opportunities and identifying activities needed to embed a continuous improvement culture.
You can expect to be involved in a wide variety of engagements, from working closely to enhance specific processes at a functional level to supporting organisations to establish an operations-wide process improvement and automation centre of excellence.
Proven experience working with organisations to identify, define and deliver process improvement opportunities. Knowledge of use cases and success factors for applying automation technologies preferred
Experience in process mapping, process redesign and application of process improvement methodologies. Lean Six Sigma Green belt (or above) preferred
Solid understanding of and hands-on experience with Agile delivery and transformation practices. SAFe / Scrum Certifications are beneficial
Confident in advising stakeholders across multiple seniority levels, serving as a trusted advisor
Keen interest and / or experience in supporting clients to meet their sustainability and / or ESG goals through process redesign, helping to define metrics / KPIs and reporting requirements
Experience or interest in identifying how automation / robotics technologies can be applied to deliver process efficiencies
Comfortable understanding clients’ strategic direction and internal / external dependencies to shape a roadmap for delivering process excellence
Able to work with ambiguity across complex organisations to produce high quality outcomes

Comfortable bringing complicated ideas to life in an engaging way across various levels of seniority
