About the opportunity :
As part of the Operationalising Growth Plan, Cities & Place has established a strategy to deliver significant growth in Buildings by focusing on 4 sectors :
To organise our operations and to provide the primary link between CAMs and the operational teams we require sector leaders who will report to the Head of Buildings and help deliver the strategy.
Population growth continues to create challenges and opportunities. These cities need support to develop solutions to their challenges at multiple points of intervention from policy (for future projects) to implementation (for consented schemes that need better co-ordination with new policies during delivery).
In addition, they need to synchronise their ambitions with those of infrastructure organisations.
These issues are replicated in cities across the globe. The Cities & Place Transit Hub lead would be expected to bring this experience to major in the UK and across the globe.
