The role of the Reliability Improvement Manager is to Identify and implement initiatives to improve asset performance, reliability, productivity and efficiency.
Please note that this role is flexible in terms of location. It can be based anywhere within the Wales Route.
About the role (External)
As the Reliability Improvement Manager, you will :
1.Identify and implement initiatives to improve asset performance, reliability, productivity and efficiency.
2.Identify problem locations and / or processes within the routes and delivery units, develop and implement action plans to resolve such issues in coordination with the delivery units.
3.Support the delivery units in the effective implementation of improvement programme, projects and initiatives.
4.Support and implement six sigma processes and techniques to routes and delivery units
5.Prepare business cases for improvement initiatives that are supported by robust analysis.
6.Produce and implement plans for improvement initiatives that include training, briefing and support documentation.
7.Measure and report on the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
8.Identify and share areas of best practice within the delivery units to improve business performance in a consistent manner.
