    More about your role

    You will report directly to the Head of OD & Digital Learning and be pivotal in translating the OD strategy and vision into the development of a continuous learning culture with digital learning at its core, through the creation of our new Places Academy.

    You will assist with the design of digital learning experiences across a range of media, from micro-learning to more involved programmes.

    You will also build an engagement plan increasing continuous levels of interest and participation in all areas of digital learning for a national, multi-

    level, multigenerational audience.

    Our Group is diverse, it is made up of 20 different businesses, you will work closely with management teams and People Leads across Group to analyse business needs and design and implement learning and development interventions in support of business growth.

    More about you

    Ideally you will be a CIPD qualified. More importantly is that you are an L&D professional with a track record in delivering digital first L&D programmes ideally within a large complex business.

    You should be able to demonstrate where and how the learning you implemented have positively impacted business goals.

    In addition to bringing your experience from previous roles we are looking for you to have a curious mind, striving for new and innovative ways to engage colleagues and deliver training.

    Finally you will be a natural collaborator understanding that you can achieve more through working with others.
