Unique opportunity to build on and manage the company's incredible growth
Hire, train & manage a growing sales team (currently 6, growing to >
15 in the next 12 months)
Define and implement a scalable & predictable local Sales strategy, considering go-to-market approach for each market segment we operate in
Work closely with the Managing Director as well as Marketing, Product and Customer Operations to ensure long-term company success
Co-ordinate with global teams to share and re-apply best sales practices
Continuously innovate our sales approach to accelerate our customer acquisition and revenue growth
A strong interest in entrepreneurship and ambition to manage and scale a growth team
5+ years experience in data-driven or tech related organisations, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
2+ years experience in B2B software sales
2+ years of management or team lead experience
Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards
Proven track record of exceptional performance
Deep understanding of the entire funnel of the sales cycle and profound practical experience of each of the stages
Taste for the intellectual challenge
Outstanding structured working methods and ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
