Based in Central London, this footwear brand is seeking an experienced recruiter to join the resourcing team on a rolling temporary basis up to 4months.
The buying & merchandising and Marketing & Ecommerce teams are the heart and soul of this brand. As recruitment advisor you will be responsible for recruiting top talent to join these teams, so you must have a good understanding of recruiting specifically for head office vacancies at this level.
You will oversee the 360 recruitment process from sourcing right through to managing the offer process. You must have excellent relationship building skills as you will be liaising with the line managers on a daily basis and working within a close-
knit team on the resourcing floor. This role would suit someone who is seeking that next step into an in-house recruiting role and so will consider candidates from an agency background.
Due to the two to three month contract, immediate starters would be preferred. The role offers a great insight into in-house recruiting within the fashion industry and a competitive pro-
