What's the job?

We are now looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our supportive team and help us achieve our mission to inspire people to connect with each other more often and in more meaningful ways.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance of a broad set of channels focusing on Display, Affiliates and Referral targeting the UK and internationally, as well as ownership of our Partnerships.

What will you do?

  • Own and drive the management and optimisation of Display, Affiliate and Referral channels, collaborating with agencies and media partners to ensure strategy and performance are aligned with the business’ goals
  • Develop existing partnerships targeting increased scale and efficiency and find and create new partnership opportunities to expand Papier’s portfolio
  • Own and lead the roadmap for these channels, identifying new revenue opportunities and applying a rigorous test & learn approach
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to optimise campaigns and report back to the business on their impact
  • Work closely with the Data team to improve reporting & attribution capabilities to help deliver a clear understanding of the channels’ performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Papier’s project management & creative teams to create briefings on channel requirements, manage ongoing communications and ensure seamless delivery and launch of campaigns and new products
  • Work alongside an incredibly passionate and hard-working team to scale, test and grow revenue, while coaching and mentoring a direct report
  • Requirements

    You'll succeed in this role if you :

  • Have a strong track record of Digital Marketing (3+ years’ experience) and experience in managing large digital budgets.
  • Have a deep understanding of Affiliate and Referral marketing, alongside other marketing best practices.
  • Are passionate about performance marketing and curious about new strategies and channels to build a digitally engaged audience.
  • Are highly analytical and comfortable working with large data sets and possess the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
  • Have a strong strategic and critical mindset.
  • Are eager to learn, and proactive with the capacity for independent initiative.
  • Have strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Are experienced using business insight or data visualisation tools, e.g. Looker, Tableau.
  • Are motivated to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
