Job role : Customer Support Executive

Due to ongoing growth, Adam Phones, part of the Radius Payment Solutions Group, are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our office in West London to expand the dynamic and established Key Accounts Team.

Adam Phones is a successful and growing telecommunications services provider.

The company provides mobile and fixed solutions to the financial, hedge fund, legal and consular markets and needs ambitious, confident individuals who love solving problems and providing an excellent customer experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide professional, responsive, attentive sales support.
  • Service our existing customer base dealing with any queries that arise
  • Create and maintain accurate and up to data information on clients
  • Work closely with the logistics team
  • This is a fast moving and busy client facing role, but will be fully supported and trained by the rest of the team. You will be the bridge between our customers and the sales, finance, technology and provisioning teams.

    What experience / skills do you need?

  • Account Management and Sales Administrative experience, in an organisation offering premium levels of Business to Business customer service is essential.
  • Experience within the Wireless sector, but not essential
  • Experience within the Fixed Line sector, but not essential
  • Positive and persuasive communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner (calm and patient in all dealings with customers)
  • Particularly accurate data entry skills
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Highly PC literate, especially MS Outlook and MS Word
  • Oracle Developer, Crewe Credit Collections Officer Customer Service Advisor
