Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced field marketing manager to build and deliver highly visible account-based marketing programs for a dedicated portfolio of global accounts.
In this role, you will plan and execute programs and campaigns to gain mindshare, deepen relationships with influencers and key decision makers, and increase overall account engagement.
You will utilize exceptional program management skills to manage and communicate on the programs you own, ensuring all stakeholders are working together to deliver a high-quality experience.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of building and executing high-impact marketing programs. They will have a strong grasp of the technology themes and requirements of the industry they support.
They will have a broad understanding of channels and vehicles used in the enterprise marketing space, and how they work together to form an integrated campaign.
They will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, executive presence, as well as project and account management skills.
Manage the in-account marketing strategy, plan, and execution for an industry-specific portfolio of AWS global accounts.
Develop and execute marketing programs to increase brand awareness and drive sales demand through direct and indirect channels
Provide input and assist in execution of programs to reach customer targets by vertical, drive sales plays, create sales tools and regularly communicate marketing programs and results.
Leverage global marketing resources to fill sales requirements and find ways to invent and simplify to address sales needs without large budgets.
Earn trust and maintain strong relationships with Account teams to support their goals, increase engagement with marketing and drive program support.
Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing programs, event planning, or marketing communications.
Understanding of manufacturing industry, including key companies,
Understanding of key ways to measure marketing and sales success; ability to set targets and build a proactive plan to achieve them.
Ability to execute a wide-variety of marketing programs from demand generation to events to sales tools.
Familiarity with wide variety of modern marketing platforms / tools, such as Marketo, SalesForce, social media channels, etc.
Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing through the sales and partner channels to grow business.
Ability to travel to meet with sales leaders, attend events and support the sales team.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services.
Experience in account-based or relationship marketing.
