    Job Description :

    The Marketing Associate will sit within the broader EMEA Marketing team and report into the Marketing Operations Manager.

    This team supports the regional institutional, wealth and financial-adviser sales teams across the EMEA region. The team is responsible for marketing strategy, content design and marketing operations.

    The Marketing Associate plays a key role in a small team, coordinating updates to existing materials and is responsible for facilitating projects within the Marketing department including print collateral, digital deliverables, webcasts, videos, channel marketing deliverables and presentations.

    The Marketing Associate creates and maintains schedules and routes jobs through the lifecycle of a creative project including editorial development, design, production, quality control, legal / compliance sign off, and distribution.

    They must be focused, well organised and able to deliver multiple, complex projects on time, and to the highest quality.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the proper intake, routing, and publishing of projects including capturing project scopes, creating schedules, assigning projects to internal team of designers, production artists, and editors, and ensuring projects undergo rigorous proofing and legal / compliance sign off before release.
  • Cross-channel focus on all regions served by EMEA Marketing to ensure all external materials meet regulatory requirements, across all EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Work with teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner including teams in the EMEA, US and APAC regions.
  • Work with intake team and project manager to analyze requests and understand total asks before engaging the appropriate department resources.
  • Generate and track job tickets for projects and assign to team members.
  • Confirm deadlines and delivery instructions and ensure creative teams deliver on time.
  • Route projects through the project lifecycle while completing stakeholder signoffs and quality control tasks.
  • Partner with project managers and marketing leads to ensure projects meet business needs.
  • Verify all approvals have been obtained before releasing project to Print Production Coordinator, Marketing Ops team, or Marketing Digital Team for publication.
  • Alert project managers and marketing leads of any changes that affect costs and / or deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain project assets and job histories in online workflow tool.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to continually streamline workflows and build consistency.
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies where required to complete deliverables.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required and directed by project manager, including creating reporting dashboards and other documentation.

  • Understanding of capabilities within Marketing Operations team and ability to collaborate with other marketing teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to enhance quality control focusing on accuracy, layout, consistency, and format.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Desirable Experience :

  • Project management experience / experience of workflow management tools (e.g. Jira) would be advantageous.
  • Experience in financial services marketing team and an understanding of the European regulatory environment.
  • Experience working on projects with a focus on content creation, adaptation and translation of marketing materials; and an ability to provide high quality output in a high-pressure environment with sometimes short timelines beneficial.
  • German language skills would be preferred but not essential.
  • Educational Background :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
