POSITION OVERVIEW :
Project Managers are the primary point of contact for our clients from project initiation through to closeout. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out to the best possible standards, within relevant timelines, at an acceptable cost and in line with overall company objectives, while meeting client requirements for deliverables.
They are responsible for setting and meeting client expectations and communicating project progress to all the stakeholders in the project the client, sales and the operations team.
Specifically, the Project Manager will :
Provide exceptional service.
Work with sales to help plan projects and ensure they are scoped in a cost effective manner.
Attend transition / kick-off calls.
Oversee status calls with clients and internal resources.
Take responsibility for all aspects of an individual project once the contract is agreed.
Deliver projects on time and to budget, and to client satisfaction.
Provide pricing input related to any project requirements.
Provide project specific reporting as required by the client and internal stakeholders.
Develop relationships with appropriate client representatives.
Work with the Project Office Team to ensure that project documentation is maintained.
Ensure that project knowledge is shared with other members of the team
Ensure all project financials are appropriately managed, forecasted and invoiced.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
Significant project management experience where this has involved extension and ongoing liaison (face to face, phone and email) with external clients.
Proven ability to lead multiple projects and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must have previous experience of facilitating meetings and following complex / detailed processes.
Legal / industry knowledge or experience is essential.
High degree of interpersonal sensitivity to allow building of relationships with experienced, qualified staff and clients.
Solid written and verbal communication skills ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
Strong ability to work autonomously; identifies and presents solutions; confident decision making ability.
Strong attention to detail.
Technical aptitude and financial appreciation.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Fluent English is required. Fluency in French or German would be highly advantageous.
