This role offers an exciting opportunity in our expanding central operations hub in London. This role will be charged with providing Customer support for the exchange cleared businesses of SFL.
Daily agreement, collection and reporting of all client margin’s & Cash Debits
Liaising with trading Desks and internal Departments re the creation and maintenance of all new and existing accounts.
On boarding new clients to include education of SFL systems, understanding of statements and SFL procedures regarding clients.
Assist in the marketing of new clients, to include business meetings when required.
Working with internal spoke development team to create better practises, fully automation of functions.
Resolution of all client queries.
Agreement of all IB rebates.
Follow and understand all internal procedures & comply with general FCA principles of business.
Liaison with exchanges and CCPs where required and ensure all exchange / CCP changes managed correctly internally where effecting clients and or margins.
Knowledge and Experience :
Previous experience within an operations back-office role
Knowledge of F&O back-office systems.
Full trade life cycle knowledge from execution to reporting.
Problem solving, eye for detail.
Advanced Excel ability
Good understanding of ION’s XTP back-office system and surrounding modules preferred.
Working knowledge of clearing and back-office systems including but not limited to :
FFastFill Seals, XTP, Duco, full understanding of exchange and regulatory requirements.
