We are seeking a Donations Administrator to join the busy Individual Giving Fundraising Team. The post holder will take responsibility for the processing and thanking of donations, maintaining the database and reconciling financial information with the Finance Team.

With a proven track record of database management and experience of fulfilling the administration needs of a small team, the successful candidate will have a high standard of computer literacy with all main Microsoft packages , and in particular an advanced working knowledge of Excel.

The successful candidate will also have experience of working with financial information, including financial reconciliation , and should be adept at using their own initiative to complete a variety of tasks.

The job can be fast moving and complex therefore we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, highly organised with an eye for detail and who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is an office based job with the potential for hybrid working after the probation period, dependant on workload.
