Based in our head office in Guernsey, our Stores Financial Accounts team are looking for an Analyst Administrator to support Prepare and send out statutory accounts and other resolutions at various stages of the process to the store partners for signing using DocuSign.

File statutory accounts at Companies House and the CRO. Provide support for the Store Reporting Team.

There are lots of development opportunities to as you will continue to work closely with the wider Finance Shared Service Centre to make recommendations for improvement in the current processes.

You will support the implementation of new systems, processes, procedures and service level agreements as well as being accountable for the accuracy and integrity of financial records, ensuring adherence to company and HMRC policies.

Principle accountabilities :

  • Provide general administration support for the Stores Reporting Team
  • Review of draft accounts presentation
  • Send out the statutory accounts and other resolutions to the store partners for signing
  • Ensure all signed accounts and other resolutions are received back from the partners
  • File UK statutory accounts at Companies House
  • File Irish statutory accounts on the CRO Website
  • Liaise with Companies House any late files
  • IXBRL Tagging
  • Companies House & CRO late filing penalties
  • Queries and requests from internal and external customers
  • Essential skills include :

  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel experience
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to organise own work
  • Strong communication (oral and written)
  • Ability to build positive relationships with other areas of the Finance department
  • Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
  • Desirable skills include :

  • Understand Debits & Credits
  • Knowledge of Onesource
  • Knowledge of Iris
  • Previous experience in a retail accounting environment
  • Knowledge of DocuSign
