As part of the Chemical Development arm of our Product Development & Supply team, you will support the delivery of science, project and departmental objectives primarily focused on developing chemistry routes for primary manufacture.
You will sit within a multi-functional team responsible for implementing manufacturing, process and technology improvements for both existing and new products.
You will contribute to scientific works as part of this overall process in several ways, including; selection of API version and form, conception and realization of viable new synthetic routes, design and scale up of unit operations such as crystallization and isolation, process transfer, new technology implementation, delivery of control strategies and more.

You will be an excellent team player, able to work with others in the lab as well as your cross-functional colleagues such as engineering and operations.
You will be highly independent and able to work without handholding, planning your own workload and delivering results without constant supervision.
You will need to have a consistent attention to detail, particularly when it comes to safety, which you will need maintain to high standards at all times.
