Liaising With Clients & Contractors
Variations & Procurement
Finalise Tender Bids
Secure Contracts Ready For Handover To The Maintenance Team
Understand And Scrutinise Sub-Contractor Quotations
Understand Price Points And Have Out Sourced Clients For Parts
Be Able To Use Estimation Software
Present Bid And No Bid Proposals To The Directors
Fire Estimators Requirements :
Ambitious And Enthusiastic Towards Their Career And Portfolio
Strong Communication Skills
Experience Working Within An Fire Contractor / Building Services
Have Previous Estimating Experience
