Sphera is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will support Sphera strategic planning process and maximize our image, visibility, and brand awareness in a fast-growing technology market.

As a member of Sphera’s Global Marketing Team, you will plan and execute the Field Marketing tactics within your region and partner with the sales organization to support account-based marketing initiatives, scaled global campaigns and regional events.

The ideal candidate will develop revenue-driving strategies, programs, and campaigns that sit at the intersection of sales and marketing.

In this role, you will develop and implement successful demand generation, sales acceleration, and customer engagement programs for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) sales region as you partner with your other marketing peers in product marketing, brand & communications, creative and marketing ops & digital.

You'll use market insight, as well as regional marketing campaigns and program materials, to facilitate customer engagement, build the pipeline, accelerate sales, and generate revenue, using clearly defined success metrics to track and report results.

This role is a great opportunity to collaborate with senior sales leadership as well as regional, strategic, channel, program, operations and corporate marketing

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to understand local market dynamics and key sales objectives
  • Identify market opportunities and define the appropriate tactics (syndication opportunities, event sponsorship, webinar, etc.
  • to promote current and prospective customer engagement, generate new business, cross-sell and up-sell pipeline, and accelerate sales

  • Work with cross-functional marketing teams to create, support, and carry out field marketing programs
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional, industry and executive events and programs on schedule, within budget, and with excellent attention to detail
  • Create and manage regional digital marketing campaigns such as industry / region-focused webinars, virtual events or account-based marketing campaigns
  • Work in partnership with sales development reps, field sales, and other marketing team members in a manner that maximizes impact and ROI for your campaigns / events
  • Track program results, create Salesforce dashboards and support monthly reporting to sales, MKT leadership, and executive as needed
  • Knowledge :

  • Strong Software Knowledge : MS Office, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Pardot (or equivalent marketing automation platform)
  • Knowledge of Software :

  • Outreach (or equivalent sales enablement tool), Cvent (event planning platform), LeanData (lead assignment tool)
  • Skills :

    Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluent in English other languages a plus but not mandatory.

    Typical Experience

  • 2-3 years of successful field marketing sales support and project & event management experience
  • Education & Certifications

  • University degree (bachelors or equivalent) in related field (e.g. communications, marketing, journalism).
