Client Services Coordinator

Our Client Services Coordination team have a career opportunity available as Client Service Coordinator on a permanent basis.

This team is within our Regulatory Services group that operate in the medical devices industry.

As a Client Services Coordinator you’ll communicate regularly with internal members of the medical device team to set up and maintain client information, maintain certificates, field invoicing queries and more.

You’d also be using software systems such as SAP, Microsoft packages like Excel, along with in house systems to complete these tasks.

To be a successful Client Services Coordinator you’ll :

Have proven and strong administrative skills with high accuracy / attention to detail

Be able to use Excel to sort, filter, and merge information

Have experience using SAP to create / edit customer information

Have invoicing experience / raising of sales orders

Be confident in collaborative working with colleagues

Work office based in Milton Keynes either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (flexible working arrangements can be discussed)
