A dynamic digital leader, the Investment Director will have full responsibility for your team of 12 digital experts and their output.
This role is split across several high-profile accounts and would benefit an ambitious individual who has the vision and skills to move the brands digital campaigns and measurement forward by adding innovation, regular test and learn and ensuring brilliant basics.
You will be expected to develop media strategies and plans working closely with other investment channels (AV / Publishing & Audio) and with the comms planning team to deliver integrated, innovative and commercially successful plans for our clients.
The successful candidate will be keen to get involved in new business and play a key role in defining and delivering a convincing digital strategy to the client.
The Investment Director will play a leading role in the investment department, participate in knowledge sharing and training and work closely with the leadership team at Spark.
The role has a commercial focus which includes owning the monthly forecasting for Spark clients and working with PMX central functions on market updates as well as feeding into trading agreements.
Because the role is full of challenges, no two days will be the same, you will need to make an immediate impact and enjoy adapting and being flexible.
We are looking for an accomplished Group Account Director or similar level in a media agency ready to step up into a leadership role.
You will be expected to demonstrate your confidence and understanding of working with high profile brands and have a track record of hitting commercial targets.

Expertise A proven track record of working with a diverse range of clients (DR and brand campaigns ideally for FMCG, travel and / or charity clients) and a passion to use the latest technologies to deliver against set KPIs.

Discovery Have strong knowledge and understanding of campaign performance measurement and be able to demonstrate how to optimise towards different KPIs depending on client objectives with a desire to consistently deliver strong results through testing and ongoing optimisation.
Leadership Reporting to the Head of department and supported by a combination of Account Director, Account Manager, Senior Account Executives and Account Executives on each account.
