As a Resourcing Specialist, you will guide hiring managers to make the right resourcing choices every step of the way and deliver the right people at the right time, while ensuring a world class candidate journey.
You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, coupled with planning and organisation skills and you will have previous recruitment experience ideally within Buying / Merchandising or a Retail Head Office role.
You will work as a valuable member of the HR team, partnering with our HR Business Partners to ensure talent objectives are met through recruitment campaigns and supporting with talent attraction strategies.
You will manage the entire end to end recruitment process; from taking an initial brief from key business stakeholders, recruitment marketing and CV screening, through to leading competency-based interviews and managing the offer process.
You will need to be comfortable with varied assessment and selection methods and creating bespoke recruitment processes where appropriate.
As well as spotting a great application, you will also be social media savvy by demonstrating use of LinkedIn for candidate attraction and direct sourcing.
