    What you'll be doing

  • Develop the Product Requirement Document for the solution to meet the needs of the market.
  • Define the features and requirements of the product / solution for input into Customer Experience Design and Technology.
  • Accountable for the development production of business case £30m-£40m p&l

  • Where solution is more than one product areas will take a lead on designing the multi product solution
  • Manage the complexity of developing the solution and makes trade off decision to get to the optimum solution design. Balances between multiple products.
  • i.e. how to assess the trade off’s and make the optimum recommendation of the solution.

  • Accountable for the Product lifecycle and planning for product area
  • In-life product management
  • Develop replacement products for migrations, update the products
  • Work on solutions less well defined and uses knowledge to design innovative solutions to meet the needs to the customer and market,
  • Work collaboratively with CX on total solution journey
  • Recommends vendors to use for developing the product / solution
  • Work with service on optimum service model for the product solution provide input
  • Co-ordinate and collaborate with a virtual team of CX Designers, Process Designers, Digital UX Designers and Technology to develop the product / solution

  • Product, project and supplier management
  • Collaborative approach : Excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects, working to tight deadlines
  • Customer focused and excellent commercial acumen
  • Portfolio and Market knowledge : Detailed understanding of broadband and mobile technologies and devices, knowledge of BT & Competitor landscape in Broadband.
  • Problem solving : Ability to trade off complex requirements and recommend solutions. Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and cost effective manner
